Where a Seoul routine meets a Delhi summer
A ten-step routine makes sense in cold, dry air. In seventy-percent humidity, layering essence over essence over ampoule is a fast route to congestion. Formulas built for cooler, drier, cold-weather skin behave differently on skin that runs warmer, oilier and more melanin-rich. It isn’t that K-beauty is wrong. It’s that it was answering a different question, in a different climate.
Indian skin is asking a different question
Our skin contends with heat, sweat, pollution, hard water and that daily indoors-to-outdoors temperature swing. It’s often more prone to congestion and to marks that linger after a breakout which is exactly why aggressive, strip-it-and-start-over thinking does more harm here than good. What Indian skin needs isn’t more steps. It’s the right ones, in the right order, at the right strength.

On Indian skin, in Indian weather, supported skin simply looks like Indian skin at its healthiest. That was always the whole idea.
