How does the delivery process work?

Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully inspects the products to ensure they meet our quality standards. After passing these checks, your products are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery partners will deliver your order to the address provided during checkout. If they are unable to reach the address or find it at an unsuitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

How are items packaged?

  • All products are packed securely in boxes with eco-friendly cushioning to prevent damage during transit.
  • Each product is carefully wrapped to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Where do we ship?

We currently ship pan-India, ensuring that customers across the country can enjoy our products.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and details of the courier service handling your order.

You can track your package 24 hours after it has been dispatched via the tracking link provided in the email.

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on the destination and logistics constraints but generally take 3-7 business days for most locations in India.

In case of delays due to logistical reasons or high-demand periods, such as during sales or public holidays, you will be notified via email or SMS.

Are there any shipping charges?

  • Prepaid Orders: Shipping is free for orders above ₹1,000. Orders below ₹1,000 will incur a flat ₹50 shipping charge.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat ₹100 fee is applicable for all COD orders.

Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD services for selected pin codes across India. Please note that a nominal charge of ₹100 is applied to all COD orders.

  • Island Beauty reserves the right to restrict or refuse purchases from individuals or regions based on shipping limitations or other factors.
  • Island Beauty is not obligated to fulfill orders for products that are out of stock.
