At Island Beauty, we are confident in the quality of our products and believe they will exceed your expectations. However, in the rare instance that you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 100% refund guarantee if you return the product within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked. We are certain you won’t need to return it, but this policy reflects our commitment to your satisfaction. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Returns Policy

We will only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website, www.islandbeauty.in.

An item may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

  • You are not satisfied with the product.
  • It was received in a physically damaged condition.
  • A wrong order has been delivered.

To initiate a return, please:

  • Contact our Customer Care team within 7 business days of receiving the package by writing to us at care@islandbeauty.in.

Our team will validate your request and provide return instructions via email within 2 business days. A reverse pickup will be arranged within 5 business days of follow-up confirmation from our team.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect and validate the claim. This process will be completed within 3 working days of receiving the product.

Once approved as eligible for return, you can choose between:

  1. A replacement product.
  2. A full refund to the original payment method.

If the product is found to be ineligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.

Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Orders can be canceled if they have not been shipped. Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method.
